Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using Club Insan ("the Service") you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
These terms apply to all users — browsers, customers, vendors, and contributors of content.
Account terms & personal use
Account sharing policy
**Accounts are for personal use only and may not be shared.** Violation can result in suspension without refund.
When you create an account you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You're responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
Each account is limited to one active session at a time. Logging in from a different device automatically terminates the previous session for security.
You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
Subscription & billing
Club Insan is subscription-based. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees for your chosen plan.
Currency: All prices are in Moroccan Dirham (MAD). For international users, your bank converts at the prevailing exchange rate.
Free trial: New users get a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time during the trial without charge. If you don't cancel, you'll be automatically charged for your selected plan.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. We send a reminder email 7 days before renewal. Cancel any time via account settings or support.
Refunds: Full refunds within 30 days for annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 7 days. Email yas@clubinsan.com to request. Approved refunds credit back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Payment methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and local Moroccan bank cards. Online payments are processed by CMI (Centre Monétique Interbancaire), regulated by Bank Al-Maghrib. Club Insan doesn't store credit card information — all payment data is handled by CMI in compliance with PCI DSS.
Payment security: All transactions are SSL/TLS encrypted. CMI payments use 3D Secure authentication (Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode).
Content & intellectual property
All content on Club Insan — videos, audio, text, images, software — is the property of Club Insan or its content suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You're granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

User-generated content & privacy
Personal journal: Your journal entries are private and visible only to you. We do not access, read, or share them.
Data security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
Data retention: We retain your account information and usage data while your account is active. Request deletion any time.

Club Insan and its instructors are not liable for any injuries, damages, or health issues resulting from use of our services.
Prohibited uses
You may not use our service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful acts
- To violate any laws or regulations
- To infringe on intellectual property rights
- To harass, abuse, or discriminate against others
- To submit false or misleading information
- To upload viruses or malicious code
- To spam, phish, scrape, or crawl
- For any obscene or immoral purpose
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason — including breach of these terms.
You may terminate your account any time via support or your account settings. Upon termination your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Limitation of liability
In no case shall Club Insan, our directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
Service delivery & fulfillment
Club Insan is a digital subscription service. Upon successful payment, access to subscribed content is granted immediately. No physical goods are shipped.
Access: Once payment is confirmed, you have instant access via clubinsan.com from any compatible device with internet.
Service availability: We aim for 99.9% uptime. We notify users in advance of scheduled maintenance when possible. Downtime doesn't entitle users to refunds unless it exceeds 72 consecutive hours.
Confirmation: A payment confirmation email is sent to your registered address immediately after each successful transaction.
Chargebacks & dispute resolution
Before filing a chargeback
Please contact our support team first. We resolve billing issues quickly and fairly.
Contact us first: Concerns about a charge? Email yas@clubinsan.com before initiating a chargeback. We resolve within 48 hours.
Chargeback policy: Unauthorized chargebacks (where the user has received and used the service) may result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to provide transaction evidence to the payment processor and your bank.
Dispute process: Send a written complaint to yas@clubinsan.com with your transaction reference. We acknowledge within 24 hours and respond within 10 business days. You may escalate to CMI or a Moroccan consumer protection authority.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms at our discretion by posting changes to our website. It's your responsibility to check periodically.
Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Governing law
These terms are interpreted and governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
For international users, local consumer protection laws may also apply and take precedence where applicable.
